A: I’m convinced it’s the best and safest way to invest your money.
Q: What is the best advice you have received?
A: ”Treat each property as an individual business. It requires planning, execution, and management.”
Q: What is the best advice you could give a new investor?
A: Be patient and learn your market. Do your background homework before buying and renting. Don’t over-rehab lower end properties and don’t under-rehab higher end properties.

A: “Asset Protection for Real Estate Investors” by Clint Coons.
Q: Do you have any hobbies?
A: Right now, I’m resuming the restoration of my 1976 Camaro. I began restoring the inside before going to work with Conrex.

A: The Rolling Stones. The best band ever! I was fortunate to see them twice in concert.

A: Missing out on a really good thing!

A: I met Tyson in 2015 when I began working with Conrex. I also got to know many others that work for Auben through Conrex. Just good people working there. My first impression of Tyson was his passion for the business.
