Q: How many properties do you own?

A: None….YET. It’s one of my 2021 Goals!

Q: When did you start investing?

A: I haven’t invested in any property yet, but I started investing in myself as early as I can remember.

Q: Why do you invest?

A: I have always believed in investing in yourself by never waiting to be taught or invited to learn. Education is critical in every aspect of life. In regards to real estate, it’s a proven way to make long term wealth and a firm foundation for one’s family.

Q: What is the best advice you have received?

A: Your only limitation in life is yourself.

Q: What is the best advice you could give a new investor?

Q: What is the most valuable lesson you have learned in real estate?

A: Do your research and don’t overpay for a property if the projected short/long term gains are not there.

Q: If you weren’t investing in real estate you would be_______.

A: …doing exactly the same thing I’m doing now: assisting investors with inspecting, scoping, estimating, and managing renovations from start to finish.

Q: If you were to start over_______.

A: Though I believe every day we have that opportunity, if I HAD to choose when to start over, I believe I would possibly start over by re-enlisting in the Army, instead of getting out. Then again, the good or not so good decisions are what shape us to become who we are in life. So with that I will say, I am pretty happy where I am in life.

A: I believe it was 2015, I had my first opportunity to facilitate a renovation on a property for Auben. It was was during my first business venture.
