Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

No.

Are you licensed?

Auben Realty is licensed in SC, GA, and TN.

Can you put the money directly into my account?

Yes. We do offer direct deposit. To get started simply download, complete and return this form to your IAM. 

Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

Leases are emailed to our clients right after the resident has signed it.

Do you sell real estate too?

Absolutely! We are a full service investment brokerage offering sales (investment, commercial and homeowner), project management for your renovation needs as well as property management. How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

We have only the highest standards and complete thorough background and security checks on our future residents. The security deposit is typically equal the same amount as the 1st month rent. How soon can you start managing my property?

We can start managing a property as soon as it is brought up to our rental standard and a management agreement is signed.

What lease terms do you offer?

Most leases are signed for a year. We do happily offer shorter and longer term rentals to fit your investment goals. Read our full lease terms here

What type of properties do you manage?

Auben manages a wide range of properties. All rentals that we manage must meet our rental standards. We want to ensure that we are doing all we can to get you the best possible rent, and the best possible resident. View our Rental Property Standards page for more details. 

Who holds the tenant security deposit?
