Hello! I am Jenny, the Maintenance Coordinator here at Auben as well as Benebu (Airbnb). As such, I am responsible for managing the maintenance on all our property rentals as well as our Airbnb’s and Commercial buildings in the Southeastern Region. I also work very closely with the Director of Project Management Pat Rider who also handles the renovations during vacancy.
At Auben we manage multiple markets including:

General Auben Vendor Standards Include:
- Charge a fair and competitive price
- Assign great quality staff to projects

Expectations Include:
- We expect our vendors to provide services in a timely and respectful manner.
- We expect clear and prompt communication both with the office staff and the residents.
- Only those services that the vendor is licensed and qualified to perform can be executed.
- Invoices should be detailed, professional and completed in a timely manner.
- We expect that the job site will be left clean and free of construction materials unless other arrangements have been made.
Vendor Requirements
To begin the process of becoming and Auben contractor, you will need to do the following:
- Download the forms below (W-9 & Direct Deposit Form)
- Complete the forms to the best of your ability
- Scan or photograph them and attach to your completed application / information below
- Return the additional required documents (insurance / business license) via our online form

- Auben Realty Vendor Application (Completed Digitally Below)
- Auben Realty W9 Form (Completed and Attached to Application)
- Auben Realty Direct Deposit Form (Completed and Attached to Application)
After you submit your documents, information and application, the Auben team will be in touch very soon, to confirm.
All vendors are encouraged to utilize direct deposit as a faster way to receive payment for completed work orders.

Getting Started with Auben
Thank you for your interest in Auben! We are excited for you to join the team. Begin the application process by completing the application below (complete with your Business License, Iinsurance, W9 and Direct Deposit documentation). After submission our team will be in touch with an additional information needed or a WELCOME to Auben.
**No application will be accepted without all forms completed and attached.**
Once you become a vendor, the process of receiving work orders and payments is simple!
When a work order is submitted through our portal by a resident it will then be dispatched to you for completion.
All work orders are sent via email with a detail description of the issue.
Work orders will contain the residents contact information, maintenance limit*, and if the resident has pets.
Once a job is completed we expect the invoice to be in no more than 2 days after completion.
Payout is the 15th and 30th of every month.
*The maintenance limit provides you with a spending limit to get the repairs completed. If the work totals over the maintenance limit then a quote is to be provided (will need to be approved by the owner).
