Troy B. Ferguson

Troy graduated from Austin Peay State University with a degree in Communication Arts. He has worked in customer service for nearly 10 years in fields such as retail, restaurant and logistics. He grew up a military brat (pronounced like bratwurst as he was born in Germany) and knows how to manage the stresses of moving in and out of homes. This upbringing spurred Troy to acquire his real estate license and begin to use his experiences to help people find and move into their new homes. Troy dropped his anchor in Chattanooga five years ago and doesn’t plan on relocating it any time soon. He’s super excited to be a part of the Auben family and get to use his knowledge for the benefit of our residents. In his down time, Troy enjoys fishing, golfing and spending time with his family.
